How to connect from solar panels to battery’s and required meters. Or a complete tech drawing in layman’s terms. I have (4) 12 volt 1000CA deep cycle marine battery’s-(4) 15 Watt solar panels and that’s it. Please help

I want 2 install solar asap so any answer would B a great help.It’s OK 2 say"Buy this or install that and we’ll give U 95% rebate" but U still need the money initially. Im no denyer, I was doing voluntary work 4 Greenpeace,Friends of the Earth and the Australian Conservation Foundation B4 kevin and jenny could spell conservation.Its just that i ain’t got the outlay,right now.

Are these jobs dependable with?and can it be a career or would it be foolish to go into it?PLEASE EXPLAIN IN DETAIL.

So I started wondering about this thing…
What if I would work hard for like 20 years and save up as much money as possible. Then buy some soil, build a house, use renewable energy like wind power and solar energy, build greenhouses to plant my own vegetables, plant some trees for wood resources, buy some stuff to keep me from getting bored (paper, homegym, books, video games, whatever), etc.

Finally I would "unsubscribe" myself to public services like health care.

Then I wouldn’t even need to use currency, I wouldn’t need to buy anthing as I’d have energy, food and somewhat entertainment.

Would I still have to pay for taxes and such? Why?
To the national defense thingy: What if I don’t want my soil to be part of the nation? or what if I want to defend my soil myself?
