lets say i have solar panels that produce 500 kwh, and im using 750 kwh. obviously i’ll be charged for the 250 kwh that my solar panels did not produce, but will the electric company be able to tell that i am using 750 kwh?

i am looking to start a distributorship in florida for green Energy products. water recovery, solar and so on where can i find rebates that my customers can use and are there any grants that i can apply for to help with start up cost?

Including batteries for night time power.
